Incumbent CEO of the Gazprom Investholding company Alisher Usmanov and the Russian state-run gas-producing monopoly Gazprom prolonged their contract for another three years, Gazeta.ru reports.
This means that Usmanov will remain the head of Gazprom Investholding.
Alisher Usmanov has been running the company since 2000 and according to Bloomberg is the richest man in Russia, possessing a fortune of more than $20 billion.
