Arkady Dvorkovich, Presidential Assistant, expects Sberbank to be privatized by a set of major companies this year, ITAR-TASS reports.
Dvorkovich made the statement for the upcoming meeting of the Presidential Commission for Modernization and Technological Development of Economy in Pokorv on March 21.
The official clarified that the privatization was planned earlier but was postponed due to bad market conditions. Moreover, he noted collection of requests for purchase of shares of the United Grain Company.
Commenting on world markets, Dvorkovich noted that the short-term situation in Greece has stabilized. Advanced states need to form a basis for development of innovations. Russia has understanding of how to cope with risks happening in other states.
