Figure exceeds exports in January-February 2011 by 102.7 million cubic meters. 434.7 million cubic meters were exported in January, 427.9 million in February.
4.5 billion cubic meters of gas were exported in 2011, exceeding 2010 by 400 million. Gas exported is extracted at Shah Deniz. It is transported to Georgia and Turkey. Shah Deniz shareholders are: BP (operator – 25.5%), Statoil (25.5%), SOCAR (10%), LUKOIL (10%), NICO (10%), Total (10%) and TPAO (9%).
