Georgian coastal guards have fined Captain Yuri Danilov (Russia) of the “PUR-NAVOLOK” ship with $30,400 for violating the law, Trend reports.
The vessel was detained at the Sarpi Water Area near the Georgian-Turkish border on March 18. The crew consisted of 10 Russians.
