Sochi airport terminals to be equipped with "mobile platform"

The Sochi International Airport terminal will be equipped with 15 "mobile
platforms" for flight services, allowing data to be entered about
preparations for the departure of aircrafts via mobile devices, RIA Novosti
reports.

"Mobile platforms" are now being tested at Sochi airport. Mobile
platforms are terminals for data processing, one of the module types of the
automated system "Cobra" developed by "Pulkovo" and designed to expedite
maintenance of flights, as it allows data to be  put in and out data regarding
the readiness of aircraft for departure with the help of mobile devices. The
number of mobile platforms will be sufficient even for the busiest times
during the summer.
