Some flights from Baku to Russian cities have been cancelled. Flights at the Heydar Aliyev Airport to Omsk (departure at 11.35 am), Perm (2.20 pm) and Moscow (3.55 pm), were cancelled on Tuesday, RIA Novosti reports.
Aeroflot and plans a flight to Moscow at 6.58 am and so do the Azerbaijani Airlines. Registration ended at 10.40 am. Flights on March 28 will go according to schedule.
Russia and Belarus cancelled flights due to disagreements on number of flights.
