Transneft may stop oil transport through the Moscow refinery, under the ownership of Gazprom Neft, due to problems on the Yaroslavl-Moscow pipeline, press secretary of the pipeline monopoly Igor Demin told Interfax.
8 km of pipeline are located at the Losiny Island, a natural park that requires special permission for operation.
