In March, compared to February 2012, non-food inflation in Armenia was 0.8%, mainly due to increased prices for gasoline and diesel fuel of 3.5% and 1.6% respectively, PanArmenian reports.
According to the National Statistical Service of Armenia, in March 2012, compared to the same period in 2011, prices rose for gasoline and diesel fuel was 13.2% and 13.1%, respectively, and in comparison with December 2011 - 6, 6% and 2.6%.
It should be noted that, since 2012, the tendency is for gasoline prices to increase on the market, because of the government's decision to unite gasoline importers into a single tax field (the transition from fixed payments to VAT).
To date, gasoline "Super" can be purchased for 520 drams, "Premium" - for 490 drams, "Regular" - for 470 drams.
