The Sixteenth Arbitrary Court of Appeal has approved the demand of the Dagestan Airlines from Anzhi FC worth 16.8 million for four charter flights, RIA Dagestan reports.
The company demanded Anzhi FC to pay 25.5 million rubles, including 17.6 million for 4 charter flights and 1.7 million for the multiplying factor and 6.07 million as penalties. The lawsuit was partly approved in November 2011.
The court recognized 17 flights organized for the football club. 16,888,173 out of 17,669,883 rubles have been surcharged. An appeal was filed in January 2012.
