Natig Shirinov, head of the section for registry of individuals at the Azerbaijani Tax Ministry, said at the conference on new tax culture that the Tax Code will undergo adjustments, ABC.az reports.
Amendments will stimulate non-cash payments when purchasing real estate, using the so-called e-commerce. Cash payments will be used in deals worth up to $6360. The ministry proposed amendments to e-commerce. About 100 companies have used such services in the last 6-7 years.
Ziyad Samedzade, head of the parliamentary committee for economic policy, said that the committee will consider amendments in the near future.
Should they be approved, they would come into force on January 1, 2013.
