Azerbaijan and Russia's Kurgan region initiate economic projects
Representatives of Azerbaijan and the Kurgan region of Russia have
discussed prospects of cooperation in the field of petroleum engineering in
Baku, Trend reports, referring to the statement of the head of the press
service of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of Azerbaijan, Azer Mensimli.

Prospects of cooperation between the parties were discussed during a
meeting between the Minister of Industry and Energy, Natig Aliyev, and the
Governor of the Kurgan region of Russia, Oleg Bogomolov.

The parties also discussed possibilities of cooperation in the field of
metallurgy. The sides noted the potential for a real dialogue in these
areas.
The delegation of Oleg Bogmolov was accepted today by the president of
Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
