Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is arriving today in St Petersburg, where the 14th International Economic Forum is opening. Medvedev will take part in the forum, meet with his colleagues from other countries, participate in the meeting on the modernization and technological development of the economy and will then award a Global energy prize, ITAR TASS reports.
Medvedev will open the programme on political problems. After arriving in the northern capital he will meet with the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia, with settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem clearly top of the agenda.
