Bulgaria is interested in establishing joint ventures with Azerbaijan, said Jordan Tenev, head of the section for Russia and CIS of the Bulgarian Ministry for Economy, Energy and Tourism in Baku on Friday, Trend reports.
Trade turnover between the two states totals $33 million. President of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) Adil Mamedov said that companies of Azerbaijan and Bulgaria have a good platform for cooperation. Azerbaijan will make use of Bulgaria's agricultural experience.
Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov is on a visit to Azerbaijan. A forum was organized for businessmen of both states to negotiate construction, transport, logistics, pharmacology, bird-breeding, wine-making and other spheres of commerce.
