Vnesheconombank will support Chechnya in forming a development corporation. Alexander Bazhenov, Director of the Center for State-Private Partnership of Vnesheconombank, reached a related agreement in Grozny, the press service of the Chechen government reports.
The bank and city mayor discussed modernization of the city’s infrastructure. The sides will prepare technical documents and a financial project and evaluate property the company will receive.
A public enterprise called the Corporation for Development of Agglomeration of Grozny was established for infrastructural development.
Grozny Mayor Muslim Khuchiyev said that development of housing and utilities services is the primary goal. Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has done a lot in a short time period. He is restoring housing, building new social facilities and reconstructing roads.
