The Russian Government is allowing constructions in 4 national parks - the Caucasian, the Teberdinsky, the Oksky and the Barguzinsky, RIA Novosti reports.
This means that alpine skiing tracks, hotels, stables and other facilities can be built on the territory of these national parks.
