Iran is to host the first regional conference for the facilitation of electronic business which will be attended by representatives of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) member states.
In addition to ECO representatives, senior international experts, high-ranking Iranian officials and ministers, and the ambassadors of neighboring countries will also take part in the conference, Press TV reported on Wednesday.
The event, which is the first of its kind in the Middle East, will be held on the Iranian island of Kish through the collaboration of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, and the Kish Free Trade Zone Organization.
