The Northern Caucasus Resorts will present master plans of skiing resorts of the North Caucasus Tourism Cluster in September-October, CEO of the company Senator Ahmed Bilalov said at a round-table conference on tourism development of the Caucasus at the Russian Public Chamber, press service of the company reports.
The CEO reminded that the company provides all resorts with infrastructure and offers benefits. It is advantageous for the local population. Land lots can be leased for 49 years at low prices. Projects need to pay of in 5-10 years.
Bilalov said that small and medium-scale business needs to develop according to European standards. The government is ready to subsidize the credit rates for small business at 2/3 of the Central Bank’s refinancing rate. This means that a loan will have a rate of 2-3% for businessmen annually.
