Experts gathered at a conference devoted to the North Caucasus tourist project believe that the federal government should solve fundamental problems Russia is facing in order to develop the project, the press service of the North Caucasian Resorts corporation reports.
Aly Totorkulov, the head of Russian Congress of Caucasian People's executive committee, underlined that the local population will be happy to work in tourism.
