Egyptian businessmen are showing interest in Adjara

The chairman of the government of the autonomous republic of Adjaria, Levan Varshalomidze, has received a delegation of Egyptian businessmen, Georgia Online reports. Participants at the meeting signed a memorandum on friendship and mutual cooperation between the province of Ajaria, and the Egyptian province of Alexandria in the fields of economy, tourism, agriculture and education.

The delegation of Egyptian businessmen was headed by Doctor Mohamed Hatvar. He noted that " Batumi has the potential to become the most attractive tourist town on the Black Sea coast. We have familiarized ourselves with the tourism and investment potential of the region. We promise that we will come back, not just as visitors, but investors."
