The Ministry of Emergency Situations in Kabardino-Balkaria on Monday issued a warning about a storm expected in the Republic. It will be accompanied by strong thunderstorms with hail, which can lead to emergency situations, RIA-Novosti South reports.
The MES predicts emergency situations related to the flooding of low and coastal areas, erosion of river banks and intra-roads as well as flooding of dams, ponds and bridges and interruption of drainage-collector systems, difficulties with transport, etc.
As a result of the situation some roads might be blocked.
