Saakashvili wants to produce American electric vehicles in Georgia


During a visit to the United States, Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili met with the heads of the company producing the
electric CODA Automotive, News-Georgia reports.

In the near future Georgia is planning
to launch the production of electric vehicles and is looking for
experienced partners worldwide.

The President of Georgia came to the US on a working visit last week.
Saakashvili took part in the NATO Summit in Chicago, which took place
from May 20-21, spoke at Young Atlanticist Summit at Princeton
University and held several meetings. The president of Georgia also
visited Los Angeles, where he visited the presidential library and the
Ronald Reagan Museum.
