Russian RU-Energy Group intends to establish a joint venture in Azerbaijan, as well as purchase the licensed areas for the development of hydrocarbon resources, 1news.az reports referring to the first vice-president of the company Abdul Lezgiev.
He noted that the Russian company is currently supplying Azerbaijan with different drilling equipment.
Lezgiev added that the company is interested in a set of highly qualified personnel from Azerbaijan.
