The new company will hold regular flights to countries in the CIS, Europe and Asia. It will start the Tbilisi-Kutaisi flight service in October 2012.
The Georgian parliament has moved to Kutaisi, so lawmakers will need regular flights. The company decided to carry out daily flights for 12 months as soon as the Kopitnari Airport is launched.
A ticket will cost $25. There will be 50 economy-class seats and 50 standard-clas seats.
