The ITGI project has presented the consortium developing Shah Deniz proposals on the project’s reconsidered concept, Trend reports.
Elio Rujeri, Director of IGI-Poseidon, head of the international gas transport networks of Edison, said at the 19th Caspian Oil and Gas Conference in Baku on Thursday that Shah Deniz was willing to consider the new proposals. Italian and Greek authorities support the project and want tenders.
The Shah Deniz consortium put ITGI off the list of export routes for transport of Azerbaijani gas to Europe and called TAP a priority project for gas transport to Italy in February.
