Azerbaijani delegation in Kars visits school built by SOCAR

The delegations of the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan headed by Minister Shahin Mustafayev and State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), headed by President of the company Rovnag Abdullayev and economy minister of Turkey Zafer Chaglayan attended Heydar Aliyev school in Kars, which is built by SOCAR, and got acquainted with the course of the construction works on Saturday, Trend special correspondent reported.
