ANKA, the first Turkish scout drone, will enter service in late June and has provoked interest of neighbour states, Director General of TUSAS Aerospace Industries Inc. Muharrem Dertkasly said, Trend reports.
Turkey is negotiating a related contract.
Creation of ANKA started in 2004. Some 180 engineers worked on its design. It is a medium-altitude drone and the first such aircraft developed by Turkey.
