Iran increases non-petroleum exports by third

Reza Toufiki, Deputy Director for marketing and foreign links of the Organization for Development of Trade, said in Bojnurd that Iranian non-petroleum exports increased by 32% from March 20 to May 20, 2012, compared with the same period in 2011, Iran News reports.

The goal is to reach a total of $75 billion of non-petroleum exports with account of gas condensate and petrochemicals.

Non-petroleum exports last year exceeded $51 billion, although only $48 billion were planned.
