Sadreddin Mamedov of the Azerbaijani Transport Ministry said that feasibility studies of a bridge at the Caspian Sea have been concluded, APA reports.
The 17-km bridge will cost about $2 billion. It will be a transport and tourism project. It will solve traffic and ecological problems. The journey from the Zykhsky Ring to Lokbatan will take 6 minutes.
