Iranian businessmen are ready to invest in the construction of Lazika,
a new Georgian town on the Black Sea coast that, according to an idea of
Mikhael Saakashvili, should appear in the next ten years, Vzglyadreports.
Iranian businessmen say that the project is attractive. The
abolishment of the visa regime between Iran and Georgia is a
stimulating factor.
On the other hand, the US has concerns about the connections between
Georgian and Iran.
Lazika could become home to half a million people and the second-biggest city in the country, as well as an important commercial center.
