Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has approved a list of instructions related to the provision of infrastructure facilities in the South Russia tourism cluster, as well as issues of security and financing of the "Resorts of the North Caucasus" as the project operator of the tourist cluster.The relevant instructions were formulated during the meeting of the governmental commission on the socio-economic development of the North Caucasus Federal District, which was held in Grozny.
According to the protocol received by VK from the press service of the "Resorts of the North Caucasus", by September 1st 2012 all issues related to the funding of enterprises related to the tourism cluster in the North Caucasus Federal District, Krasnodar Territory and Adygea should be solved.
It is noted that the Russian Ministry of Finance in the formation of the draft federal budget for 2013 and the planning period 2014 and 2015 should provide appropriate funding to ensure the expenditure commitments associated with the creation of these SEZs.
A number of federal ministries, together with interested federal executive authorities and executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, should submit proposals to the government about the mechanisms and sources of funding for the construction of the infrastructure for the tourism cluster until August 1.
The Presidential Envoy in the North Caucasus Federal District, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Khloponin, was instructed by Medvedev to insure a comprehensive system of security at the facilities of the tourism cluster.
