Zalina Khugati was appointed as Minister for Economic Development by South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov, Yuga.ru reports.
She will replace Alexey Khabalov as the minister. Khugati graduated at the Institute of National Economy of Plekhanov, had post-graduate studies at the Institute for World Economy and International Relations of the RAS. She is also a member of the Berlin University of Humboldt.
