The Turkish company Tekfan Insaat has won the tender on construction of the new head office of SOCAR (the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) in Baku, APA reports.
The project cost is $235 million, it is expected construction work will start by the end of this month and continue for the next 32 months.
The architectural part of the project was designed by the Korean company Heerim Architects. The building will consist of two towers each 200 meters high and will accommodate 2000 people.
