Batumi plans to build a factory for tea distribution. The Adjara Ministry for Finances and Economy is selling 4,900 square meters of land at the Khelvachauri Village, Trend reports.
An investor is to start construction of the factory within 6 months after signing the contract. Construction should take no longer than 12 months. 350,000 lari should be invested in the project ($1 = 1.65 lari).
The buyer must provide workplaces for 10 people, 90% of whom must be Georgians in 13 months after signing the contract. The debt of the Khelvachaur Fruit Warehouse should receive 50,199 lari to cover its debt.
The initial price for the facility at the auction is 175,000 lari. The auction starts on July 17.
