An Afghani delegation with the coordination of the IFC visited Georgia
to learn more about the reform experience in the economic and construction
spheres, Business Georgia reports.
This week, representatives of Kabul municipality met
colleagues from Tbilisi who shared their experience of granting
building permissions. "We have heard a lot about the reforms in
Georgia. Meeting the Georgian government will allow us to understand
the measures necessary for reforming our country. We would like to
mention the role of the IFC in organizing this visit," the head of
the Kabul municipality planning department Mohammed Yasin said.
This is already the second visit of an Afghani delegation organized by
the IFC. In spring, an Afghani delegation studied the Georgian experience
in the sphere of business registration and licensing.
