Russian Bank to ease payments to those suffering from disasters

The Russian Bank will allow banks to accumulate reserves from loans granted to individuals and private businessmen hit by disasters, even if the quality of the loans drops, RIA Novosti cites Deputy President of the Central Bank Mikhail Sukhov as saying.

Krymsk, a city hit by flooding in early July, owes at least 3 billion rubles.
