The police of Kabardino-Balkaria have initiated a criminal case into the bankruptcy of the company Elbrusturist and damages of 99.999 million rubles, RIA Novosti reports.
The enterprise owes over 61 million rubles. All its real estate was transferred to Elbrus Resort. The police suspect illegal bankruptcy affairs (with a penalty of up to 3 years imprisonment).
