The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia plans to cancel some deals and prevent Iranian companies from taking over the port of Astrakhan, RIA Novosti reports.
The deals will be nullified.
The FAS has informed a governmental commission that the Court of the Astrakhan Region made the necessary orders. One of them is a ban on payments of dividends to the port and a ban on any operations with the port’s shares.
