Power in the northern and western parts of India has been fully restored, Rosbalt reports.
The power cut happened in India on Tuesday. 22 states with a population of 684 million people, about a tenth of the world’s population, was left without electricity.
The mass power cut happened on the next day after 370 million people in seven states were left without electricity. The power cut yesterday was caused by overload of the system. The cause of Tuesday's power cut is unknown.
Power in the north-eastern parts of the country was 75-80% restored.
