Kazem Akbarpur, Director General of the Iranian Company for International Exhibitions, said that Iran wants to host EXPO 2025, Iran News reports.
Iran has been attending EXPO, but never hosting it. The director general noted that such exhibitions give an economic boost. Iran will form the national organization committee for EXPO 2025, should it be chosen to host it.
