SOCAR Energy Ukraine, a company managed by the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR), is purchasing 26 petroleum stations and a petroleum base of Antiqua Estate, part of its business belongs to the Kalina Group, Trend reports.
SOCAR Energy Ukraine has received permission from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to purchase over 50% of the charter capital of Antiqua Estate.
The petroleum stations are in the Odessa, Nikolayevsk, Poltava, Cherkessk, Zhitomir and Kharkov Regions and the petroleum base in the Kharkov Region. The stations will be rebranded into SOCAR standards.
