The capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, lost electricity supply at about 1.45 pm. The subway was shut down. Electricity was restored at about 2.10 pm, News Georgia reports.
Telasi, the electricity distributor of Tbilisi, is investigating the causes of the power cut.
