Russia's Stavropol Territory will be included in the North Caucasus tourist cluster, RIA Novosti cites the region's governor, Valery Zerekov, as saying.
"We've reached an agreement to include Stavropol Territory in the North Caucasus tourist cluster," the governor told reporters today.
The North Caucasus tourist project is widely promoted by the Russian authorities, despite controversy over its cost and safety.
