The police of Kabardino-Balkaria suspect Leonid Khamgokov, former acting head of administration of Nalchik, of causing a budget loss of 43 million rubles, RIA Novosti reports.

The functionary transferred property to a municipal enterprise worth 49,347,230 rubles. The enterprise’s creditor lost 43,229,700 rubles.
