Akbar Sefai, head of the Organization for Ports and Sailing of Hormozgan Province in Iran, said that a contract was signed to construct an oil terminal at the port of Halije Fars in the Bandar Abbas District, Iran News reports.
It will be built in two years. The terminal will have a capacity of 40 million tons of oil annually.
33 oil storage facilities will be built to hold 500,000 cubic meters.
