Kyrgyzstan hopes SOCAR will build a refinery in the country

Kyrgyzstan hopes that the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) will build an oil refinery plant in the country, 24.kg reports.

"The project is still alive. We hope we can negotiate the refinery," the head of the Oil Traders Association, Zhumakadyr Akeneyev, says.
