Turkey tells oil companies to build a pipeline around the Black Sea Straits

Turkey intends to limit shipping traffic through the Bosphorus, so as to lower the risk of oil spillage. The Turkish government has ordered the international oil companies to construct a pipeline on land, Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz at a meeting with regional oil heads.
