"British Airways" to cease its activities in Armenia in October

British Airways will cease its activities in Armenia. The London
office of the company informed that the airline had decided to suspend its activities in Armenia from October 2012 because of low returns,
Armenia Today reports.

In recent years British Airways has not been flying to Yerevan.
Flights to Armenia have been operated by BMI. The latter was recently
acquired by British Airways, which decided that flights to
Yerevan do not bring enough profit.
