Rosaviatsiya has obliged all air companies offering freighting services to receive approval of the Russian Foreign Ministry, RIA Novosti reports.
This means flights to Algeria, Guatemala, Georgia, Israel, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Columbia, Congo, North Korea, Lebanon, Nigeria, Pakistan, Serbia, Sudan, Tajikistan, Chad, Eritrea, Ethiopia, India, Kenya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Syria, Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
