Heavy rain has hit the city of Blagodarnii in the Stavropol Region, casuing serious damage to roads estimated at 6 million roubles, RIA Novosti reports.
The local meteorological services registered on July 2 a record amount of rainfall - 87 mm (170% of the mean month rainfall). Moreover rains damaged 6 thousand hectares of crops and 50 houses were flooded.
