Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan will discuss oil shipments for the refinery of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) in Kyrgyzstan, Trend cites President of the Association of Kyrgyz Oil Traders Zhumakadyr Akeneyev on Monday.
The official noted that the refinery is to start operating at full output in 3 years at most.
Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev and SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev signed the agreement to construct the refinery in Kyrgyzstan on January 19.
